It would be great to move off Asana and have a global view of project activity for both the owner and admin staff and then each designer based on their client projects/tasks.
Wish there was an high level project overview calendar feature to see when projects will be wrapping up and when new ones can start. Gantt style!
It would be great if we could use this for a broad view of the project (Design, Ordering, Install) as well as to track specific tasks. Essentially a client view and a team view.
Same for tasks! We need one universal to-do list. Clicking into each client's folder to see multiple separate to do lists is not user friendly.
I would be great to send the calendar event to my client so that it is on both of our calendar. Possible to integrate with google calendar?

The calendar is useless to me if it isn't all projects on one calendar due to the way my design business works.
