would be great if you could include pricing, a lot of contractors want us budgeting etc. , also if you could print as a landscape spreadsheet with the items and even separate it by room or plumbing on one, tile on another, paint etc.

Yes! having the ability to create specification packages in DesignFiles instead of using outside software would be great
