Invoices > Allow for creating an Invoice outside of a project -- so a project isn't required for each invoice

I would love the ability to create and send invoices to clients without having to create a "project" file for them. There are times I need to bill clients that I do not need mood boards for, etc.

Our Designs board has too many things on it. Need to be able to start at the client level/folder and add invoices, designs, quotes etc to the CLIENT not to a design.
