Be able to check a box that allows to share the spec sheet with client or not.

I need this. Often, I have a log-in for the Architect or Builder instead of the client and they want to be able to see all of the spec sheets in their record. Also, I don't project manage the painters, so I often need to send the spec sheet to the client and would like to have it available to them in their record.
