Tasks > Provide ability to create re-usable Task Templates

The task feature is coming along nicely, but we're still using Asana because we can create project templates with all the task preloaded instead of adding them every time. I would love to see this added to DF! Similar to the way you can save a contract or board template if you could save task templates that would be huge time saver!

I appreciate the task list but it still needs a few things in order to save time for our team. We need the ability to have multiple columns as the template. Then duplicate the full template for each type of client. New Build, Renovation, Design Only. We still need our Asana until this is an option. You are so close to making all of our lives SO much better. Thank you for such great customer service! Below is the example of what I would need to save as a template & then duplicate each time. I believe I have 6-8 columns in Asana.

The task list is great, but could it be expanded so we could make a processes template to adapt for each client? Right now I have to go outside of DF in order to create a checklist for each stage of the process...loa sent, thank yous, client gifts, etc.

An ability to create a template for tasks instead of having to recreate each individual task for each project would be a time saver! Often the baseline tasks are the same from project to project.

In the new tasks area will you consider adding an option for a template we can save or the ability to make a list that we can copy and paste to every project. So many tasks are the same every time. It would be nice to be able to paste them in at the beginning of the project as a guideline to our process.

Ditto! I love you guys and Shiela is amazing but with respect... this cant replace Asana unless at a minimum you add the template feature:). Of course we all know that your team of programers is talented and will look into this. Thanks for adding the feature and I do appreciate how DF continues to grow the platform!

Please! I don't think I would use tasks unless there is a template for tasks we can re-use for each project. Otherwise...so much typing!

Agreed! We just inquired about this too. We would love to have the ability to copy the same tasks to each project and then customize them as needed. It would be a huge time saver and we could manage everything in one place.
