Add the ability to re-order subtasks in a Task Template

A notification to all team members on any task added unless specifically designate to specific individual and also same with sub tasks, etc. No way to ask questions about tasks between team members.

Playing with the new task templates. Thank you! Would love if the Sub-Tasks were visible on the main task screen. Ideally an indent with their own checkbox. Otherwise, we're going into the main task to see the sub tasks and there you can't even check them off. Thanks!
