Create a request for quote (RFQ) for vendors

Add products (without prices) to an RFQ (request for quote) to be sent to a vendor that I have added in the system to get them to send me a price quote. Then, turn the RFQ into a final quote (by manually adding in pricing info received from vendor) and then invoice to client.

In addition to sending Purchase Orders to Vendors, it would also be great to request pricing from them as well! Adding a RFQ option would be amazing!
